Search Terms
When a name, county, or other term is typed into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Madison County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If you email or send a contact message, the message and contact details are kept long enough to review and respond. They are not shared outside our operation unless a valid legal requirement applies.
Automatic Technical Data
